All proceeds coming from the purchase of this track will be going towards paying for ventilators and PPE to help the people of Palestine fight the COVID-19 pandemic. Currently, the occupying Israeli government is in no way taking the COVID-19 crisis affecting it’s Arab/Palestinian population seriously, and therefore there is the possibility of it ravaging that marginalized population given the state of the territories, especially the Gaza Strip, as it is normally. Hopefully this can help offset those anxieties by even the tiniest amount.

After the pandemic ceases to be an event of international concern, further proceeds will go towards pro-Palestinian organizations, including the Boycott, Divestment, and Sanctions movement (BDS).

This track was originally going to be released as part on an EP called “Memories of Brooklyn”, which would have acted as a sort-of epilogue to Scenes of Brooklyn, but I decided to release it early in order to do as much good with it as I possibly could considering that it was the track that was far-and-away the closest to being completed. This song is about feeling lost and learned helplessness.
